• Malicious content targeted at any player
• Abusive language
• Spam content
• Solicitation of money
• Sale of chips
• Exchange of personal details

We reserve the right to;

Legality of Participation in Games

Forfeiture, Account Closure & Confiscation

www.9HighPoker.com reserves the right to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Poker account in any of the following scenarios:

• If the player has more than one account on www.9HighPoker.com
• In case of fraudulent usage of credit/debit cards further including Netbanking or any online Wallet.
• If the players participates in a Company promotion and withdraws before completing the requirements of that particular promotion.
• If the player provides incorrect or misleading registration information.
• If you are not above 18 years

Withdrawal Policy

9Highpoker’s withdrawal policy is as:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 100 and multiples of 50 thereof.
• There are no caps on the number of withdrawals.
• For withdrawals above INR. 9999 pay outs will be subjected to taxes as per rules of Government of India.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed and credted within 24 hours baring exceptional cases which would be communcated individually to the players
• Working hours are 10 am to 8 pm everyday of the week, however payouts are subjected to bank’s calendar and will be paid out to players accordingly. 
• All withdrawal approvals are subjected terms and conditions of any offer(deposti, reload or any other as declared from time to time) that the player might have availed and will be processed, approved and rejected accordingly and communicated to the player. 
• Withdrawal may also be subjected to transaction charges(5%) if deposit amount is not under any promotion or offer and player wishes to withdraw the money without using it further on site
• For all accounts blocked for breach of any terms of conidtions or fraudulent activies (collusion, chip dumping etc), no withdrawal requests will be entertained.
